Rate is €20 per hour but is negotiable for the right person. Because this is a premium rate, we have a three month Fit Assessment. If it’s a fit, it’s a long-term guaranteed contract. We are a busy but organised family with three beautiful, energetic boys (aged 5, 8, and 10) recently settled in the Drogheda/Harestown area. Both parents are teachers, so we understand the value of reliability and clear communication. We are looking for a steady hand to help our morning and afternoon school runs go smoothly. We need a little minding at the house on these days - Four mornings, three afternoons. Because of our school schedules, our hours are very consistent, and you will always have school holidays and mid-terms off. Our priority is finding someone kind, punctual, and local who enjoys the company of curious kids and wants a stable, predictable role. We’ve had a few false starts with childcare, so we are especially keen to find someone who views this as a professional commitment.
