My mother is 89 and while being quite frail she maintains her independence and lives predominately on her own. She currently requires home help care to assist her to start her day 3 times per week: Mon, Wed & Thurs. Ideally it would be for an hour sometime between 8:00 and 10:30. Happy to provide further detail. There will be an option for additional hours.
