I am in the process of organising a live-in carer for an elderly relative in rural Ireland (between Tipperary town and Mitchestown). She is currently still mobile but has been having falls. She has a degree of cognitive decline. I am looking for someone who would provide companionship, light house keeping-including laundry and meal preparation and taking her on outings and medical appointments. You would need to be available to assist at night if required. She is incontinent at night but is still able to wash and dress herself. As the position is in a small rural village you would need to have a full clean drivers licence. Also required are police check and references. I am unable to sponsor work permits so you would need to have the right to live and work in Ireland. You would be required to work 5 full days a week, with 2 days off, these days can be flexible. You would have your own bedroom and private bathroom and can remain in the house if you choose to on your days off (family will meet needs on these days. A car will be available for your use.
