Reliable Twice-Monthly Clean - 2 Bed/2 Bath Apartment (Rathfarnham) Location: Rathfarnham, Dublin 16 Frequency: Twice monthly Rate: We are happy to agree on a monthly flat rate or a fixed number of hours (e.g., 3–4 hours) to ensure the job is done thoroughly and you have a guaranteed income for the visit. We are looking for a reliable, thorough cleaner to help maintain our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment fortnightly. I work from home, so I am very flexible regarding which weekday or time you visit, as long as it is regular. Tasks include: General: Thorough vacuuming and mopping of all floors. Kitchen: Wiping down exterior cupboards, countertops, and cleaning the sink/hob. Bathrooms: Full deep clean of both bathrooms (showers, toilets, mirrors). Dusting: Skirting boards, surfaces, and reachable light fixtures. Windows: Internal glass cleaning on a rotating basis if time permits. No laundry, ironing, or bed linen changes are required. Note: We have two very small dogs. They are friendly and are non-shedding, so there isn't a huge amount of pet hair to deal with. They'll be present during the clean so you must be comfortable working in a home with pets. Requirements: Own transport or able to commute to Rathfarnham. Previous experience with residential cleaning. References required. Must be comfortable with dogs. Please let us know if you provide your own cleaning supplies or if you prefer that we provide them.
