We're looking for some additional help to look after our 11 month old boy, and if willing, this could include some cooking and household tasks (during naps & so mum can spend a bit of extra time with the baby!). Baby O is a bundle of energy and giggles - he loves silly games, playing and exploring, enjoys outings and walks in nature, “playing the piano” and is very inquisitive. He’s at an age where he can be quite boisterous and determined, but he’s lots of fun. He’s gregarious and loves other kids. He naps in his buggy most of the time. Our family loves music, water sports and beach activities, and mum and dad both work in the environmental sector. We're looking for about 9-14 hours per week. The exact pattern is negotiable but 3-4 hours a day for 3 days per week (~3/4 - 6/7pm) would be ideal - duties would vary but could include collecting baby O, prepping family meal, looking after the baby. We would also consider 1-2 full days a week with more of a childcare focus, for an experienced nanny. His Dad works away for 2 weeks once every couple of months, so if we're able to find someone with the flexibility to work longer hours (eg. 2 days, or 3-4h 4-5x a week) on those occasions that would be fantastic. We would want to start mid-May ideally (or at least with a few shifts for everyone to get to know each other). And by the beginning of June we’d ideally want to be up & running, as his Dad is away from then. We’d love to find someone who will really get on with our baby and be with us for years to come, to give extra support around childcare and later play school/school etc!
