**Experienced Childminder Required – Long-Term Position** We are a friendly family seeking an experienced, reliable and energetic childminder to care for our three children in our home: a boy/girl twins aged 6 and our eldest boy aged 8. We are open to two possible arrangements: **Option 1:** * A full-time, long-term position combining childcare and housekeeping responsibilities during school hours **Option 2:** * Full-time childcare during the summer holidays and all other school holidays * Part-time childcare during school term time The role is based in our family home and we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, can keep up with a busy and active household, and is interested in becoming a valued part of our family's routine for the long term. **The ideal candidate will have:** * Excellent spoken English * Previous childcare experience and strong references * A positive, proactive attitude * Plenty of energy and enthusiasm * A caring, patient and dependable nature * The ability to use their initiative and manage a busy day confidently For candidates interested in the hybrid role, housekeeping responsibilities and routine household tasks would be undertaken while the children are at school.
