Cleaner required for community enterprise centre in Cloughjordan. Every second week, 4 hours on a Wednesday. Occaisonally an extra day. My name is Paul and I manage an enterprise centre in Cloughjordan called WeCreate. I usually clean the building but I'm too busy these days so looking to hire a cleaner to take this on. The building will need to be cleaned every two weeks, ideally on a Wednesday. Morning is better but I can be flexible there, and a Thursday or Friday could work either. Occasionally, the building may need to be cleaned more often, so some months it might be every week, but this is rare. It usually takes me about three or four hours. It consists of: Cleaning 3 toilets, sinks and mop floors of toilets sweep and mop small corridor Hoover 10m x 6m office carpet floor Hoover entrance area carpet 6m x 6m Dust & Wipe down 6 desks and 3 windowsills Clean kitchenette (wipe down sink and counters) Mop kitchen floor Dust away any cobwebs Sweep large event room (20m x 10m) There are also two meeting rooms and these would need to be hoovered once a month. We have all cleaning supplies and equipment on site.
