Experienced Full-Time Nanny / Child carer Required (Monday to Friday) We are a professional family looking for a caring, responsible, and experienced nanny/child carer to care for our 4-month-old baby in our home from now until the beginning of November. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with full-day hours. Following this period, there may be opportunities for evening and weekend babysitting if suitable. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves working with children and is kind, reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and experienced in caring for young babies. Previous experience as a nanny, childcarer, au pair, or babysitter is essential, particularly with infants. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in our family home and must be happy around animals, as we have a large, friendly, and boisterous dog. We also have a 7-year-old child who is in a crèche/after-school setting for the majority of the time. There may be occasional instances where care or supervision is required, but the primary responsibility of this role is caring for our 4-month-old baby. Key Responsibilities: Providing attentive, loving, and age-appropriate care for our 4-month-old baby. Supporting feeding, naps, playtime, and developmental activities. Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Preparing bottles and assisting with the baby's daily routine. Light household duties related to the baby, including tidying play and feeding areas. Some light cleaning and general housekeeping as required. Essential Requirements: Previous experience caring for infants. A current First Aid certificate. Garda Vetting. A full, clean driver's licence and your own transport. Comfortable and confident around dogs. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Desirable Qualifications: A Certificate in Child Care or a related qualification would be highly regarded.
