We are looking for a reliable, caring and responsible childminder for my 6-year-old boy, starting 3rd September. Days & Hours: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 1:15pm – 6:00pm Occasional Saturdays, if available Location: Dundrum, Dublin The role would involve: Collecting him from Taney National School, Dundrum at 1:15pm Walking him home (approximately an 8-minute walk) Preparing and giving him lunch Helping with homework Playing and keeping him entertained Taking him to the playground or out for activities Providing a safe, happy and caring environment until we finish work He is a friendly and energetic 6-year-old who enjoys playing, being outdoors and having fun. We have 2 cats at home, so applicants should be comfortable around cats. They aren't around the house much during the day but just in case of allergies. Requirements: Garda vetting required 2 references required Driving licence not required, as the school is only an 8-minute walk from home Previous childcare/childminding experience preferred Someone dependable, warm and patient who genuinely enjoys working with children
