Hi! We are a professional couple with two children, aged 6 months and 4 years, and we are looking for a caring, experienced and reliable childminder to look after our baby from October to February. The role would be approximately 3 mornings per week, from 9am–2pm, with some flexibility around which days. I am self-employed and will be returning to the office a few days a week, so we are looking for someone who can provide a lovely, calm and caring environment for our baby while we are working. Our 4-year-old will not generally need to be minded, although there may be the occasional local drop-off to creche. We live in a very walkable area, so you do not need a car or driving licence. We are looking for someone who: Has at least 5 years' experience in childcare Is genuinely warm and enjoys caring for young children Is mature, responsible, trustworthy, reliable and punctual Has a current First Aid certificate Has Garda Vetting Has a childcare qualification, which would be highly regarded Is a non-smoker (we are a non-smoking household) The main responsibility will be caring for our 6-month-old baby - feeding, playing, going for walks, naps and generally keeping him happy and well cared for. We would also appreciate some light cleaning and general housekeeping related to the children. We are looking for someone who will become a trusted and valued part of our family's routine over these months.
