I'm looking for a childminder for my 16month old boy Max in our home, we also have a Labrador so need to be ok with dogs, she is friendly. We are looking for someone kind, caring and fun. My partner and myself don't smoke and 100% want a genuine non smoker. We work shift work and need someone flexible with hours, earliest start is 7.15am and latest finish is 9.30pm.Sometimes we just need mornings, sometimes evenings and occasionally a long day. The average hours per month would be around 40 but this could change depending on our rosters. Weekend work is also needed as we both work weekends. We try to give a month's notice for hours.
