looking for someone who can mind a toddler until he goes to Montessori in February. Thereafter will be looking for someone who can look after a baby and pick up the toddler for a few hours in the afternoon. Preferably looking for someone with a bit of flexibility, usual hours of 20-25 a week with availability to do a full week for certain weeks of the year. Schedule will be confirmed with at least 2 weeks notice. Ideally someone with prior experience of looking after a baby and toddler at the same time. Willing to help wean the baby and meal prep. Also willing to help out around the house whilst the baby is resting. Must be comfortable with dogs. Aside from that, must be up for having fun and playing with the toddler who is the most fun, kind and chatty boy going. Super friendly and loves to go out socialising, but in need of a bit of discipline when he acts up. The family is very easy going and wants the minder to be part of the family and work together to raise the best version of the children. Also open to guidance and lean on expertise of the minder for what’s best for the child. Very happy for the minder to do what they think is best for the children and work together in that regard.
