We are an energetic and fun loving family. My husband is American and travels for his work as a doctor quite a bit. I am from Ireland and work as a psychologist, and I also travel a bit for my work. We go to the States (Cape Cod) every summer for two months. We are looking for someone to join our family for 1 to 2 years. The children attend school until 2 p.m. We are looking for someone to hang out with them in the afternoon - and do fun activities like arts and crafts, bring them to the park, bake, help them with their homework, and supervise play dates. We are also looking for our aupair to be responsible for some household related activities such as making school lunches, doing the kids laundry, tidying up their toys and their bedrooms, and making their dinner occasionally. 50% of your time will be spent doing household related activities, and 50% will be spent directly with the children. We are looking for our aupair to work from about 2 to 7 p.m. everyday, and the occasional weekend morning or evening (for which you will be paid extra). You will receive free room (your own room with a double bed) and board (food and household bills), and 150 euro per week. We live in the beautiful, historic seaside town of Dalkey, 20 minutes South of Dublin on the train. Our house is an easy 10 minute walk to the DART station. we are also a 10-minute walk from Killiney Hill, a beautiful park with walking trails overlooking the Dublin Bay. We are also a 10-minute walk from the heritage village of Dalkey with it's great cafes, shops, and pubs. I will let my children introduce themselves below; My name is Aibhlin, I am 9 years of age and I love to do arts and crafts. I love dogs and cats 💙. If you were to come to our family I would like to spend time with you doing art, going down to the local shop, learning French, going to the park, and playing board games. My name is Nora I am 5 years of age and I love to bake and play sports. If you were to come to our family I would like to spend time with you going to cafes and going to the playground. My name is Rohan and I am 7 years old and I enjoy sports. If you were to come to our family I would like to spend time with you baking, doing arts and crafts, playing football, and playing Scrabble.
