Hello, we are a young, fun, busy family who are looking for someone to join us in the fun. We love walks, animals, singing, dancing and basically everything creative!! We are a family of 5 made up of Mum Aoife, Dad Karl, Daughter Amelia(age 6 and an amazing little woman already), Son Scott(age 7 months and a ball of energy) and last but not least our beautiful pup Bowie (hypoallergenic and trained). The typical day for us would be my husband and I would leave for work at 8am. Amelia gets herself ready for school and Scott gets his breakfast, then its time to drop Amelia to school at around 9 each morning and at either 2pm or 3pm (depending on her activities in school) is collection. Between 9am until Amelia is collected it would be just you and our small man(And Bowie :) ). Scott is such a happy baby, crawling since he was six months. He likes to be on the move. Once you pick up Amelia then you could go to the park in Ballincollig which is beautiful or come home to go for walks through the fields out our back. The nearest beach is only around 25 minutes drive aswell and we would be insuring you in one of our cars. We would be home by 5.30/6 each day. We work Monday to Friday so your weekends are your own to see the sights of cork/Ireland. We want our children to be engaged and having fun! Once homework is completed for my daughter we want them to be using their imaginations, building lego, exploring outdoors or just goofing around!! We are a young family. Both parents work full time but Mum(aka me) can work from home from time to time so happy to be flexible if time off needed during the week. Some light housework would be a great help but as long as the house is kept tidy that is all we would expect. There are a number of au pairs in the area we live in with our neighbour two doors down having an au pair also. We live in a Bungalow in a place called Ovens. We have a large double bedroom upstairs which would be our Au Pairs own private room with wifi etc... Cork city is only a 15 min bus ride away and Ballincollig a buzzing town which is only a 5 minute bus drive from our home. Super accessible!
