Hi - I'm Ella! I'm a friendly and reliable childminder based in Shankill, with many years of experience caring for children of different ages. I bring a responsible, easygoing and caring approach to my work, and I'd love to find a family I can build an ongoing relationship with. I've previously cared for a baby girl, as well as three children aged 4, 7 and 9. I also have two years of experience facilitating wellbeing workshops with many different teenagers, mainly aged 15-18, where building rapport and creating a supportive environment were a big part of my work. I'm naturally patient, positive and reassuring, and I understand the importance of giving children and teenagers the right balance of support and space to be themselves.
