I’m a minder with a full drive license in Dublin for the last 5 years with a calm, caring vibe and a natural way with kids. I keep routines organised, make daily life easier for parents, and create a fun, safe space where children feel happy, encouraged and comfortable. Big on positive energy, outdoor time, and leading by example. For me, being a childminder is much more than supervising children or following a routine, I believe my role is to become an extension of the education and values that parents choose to give their children. Every family is different, and I think it's important that children experience consistency, feeling the same love, respect, boundaries and encouragement whether they are with their parents or with me. One of the things I value most is building a relationship based on trust. I have been with my current family for over five years, and that relationship has grown into something very special. They know they can rely on me, and I genuinely care about their children as they have grown.
