I love music especially golden oldies so we would ( If it suited) listen to music and chat. It's great to spend time with an elderly person and enjoy their knowledge. For those who are unable to enjoy music or a good a chat I would chat to them read to them or sing to them. Ibwould have no problem.doing a bit of cleaning once your loved one is comfortable and happy.
