Unprofessionalism and unreliability
Had an awful experience with Tamyres. Hired to cover for our main nanny for a month between December and January. We invested time introducing her to our child, ensuring she was comfortable with the routine, and confirming her commitment multiple times. Based on her assurances, we declined other candidates, trusting she would honor her agreement. Yet, after just one week, on December 29th, she abruptly backed out, leaving us in a difficult position during one of the most challenging times of the year. To avoid similar stress and difficulties, we strongly urge other parents to seek someone more dependable. Tamyres proved she cannot be trusted.
