I have nothing good to say about Hanna. I was hoping to get a person to look after my wife. When I told Hanna that it was not working, despite the fact that I had paid her journey to Dublin and back again, she left 6 hours early without telling us. She had been fully paid. House was left with the doors unlocked. You live and learn!
