Hello family: My name is Stephanie and I would like to introduce myself as a full time nanny. I am an early childhood teacher, specialised in active and respectful pedagogy, and I have been accompanying children and their families for more than 10 years, both in Spain and here in Ireland. My approach is based on respecting the rhythms and interests of each child, creating a safe, affectionate and stimulating environment. I love my work, and enjoy accompanying both children and their families, offering guidance when needed, whether it be in routines, child development, autonomy or activity proposals. In Spain I worked for six years with two families, designing routines and materials according to the children's interests, accompanying them in their daily lives, going out to the park, helping with sleep, and preparing their (and sometimes the family's) meals. Here in Ireland I have worked mainly in **creches**, and I have also done babysitting on an occasional basis. It goes beyond just being with the kids, and I always try to adapt to the needs of the household. I have references available from both Spain and Ireland, and I am still in contact with the families I have worked with, with whom I still have a very good relationship. As well as caring for and accompanying, I am also used to helping with tidying up the house or running errands when needed.
