My name is Mia. I am originally from Limerick but living in North Tipp.I am available within a 20 km radius from Nenagh. I have worked as a coach and facilitator in mindfulness and yoga and positive mental health in both the community[particularly with the elderly] and on a one to one for the past 13 years. Prior to this I worked for Novas homeless services and prior to this I was a personal care assistant with The Irish Wheelchair association. I love working with older people and I am have just completed a level 5 in palliative care and I am a trained end of life doula. I am a calm presence and I have a light happy disposition. I am available afternoons and weekends. I can also do occasional sleep overs. I am happy to light housework , personal hygiene, personal shopping and more. I am also free to take clients to appointments. As an insured yoga instructor I can also do gentle exercise or chair yoga or meditation with clients if that is something that they would like. I am also happy to help with beauty routines and hair care. Available virtually and in person.
