Hi, my name is Sophie. I am currently a student at the University of Galway studying Human Rights with a profound interest in specialising in children's and disability rights. I have been a childminder for several years and have experience working with toddlers and young children. I've worked as a babysitter over two summers and part-time on weekends. I truly love minding children as they have such a joyful way of seeing the world and find it truly rewarding being part of their growth through their everyday routines. I've cared for children in both the home and out-of-home settings, including bringing them on day trips, preparing meals, helping with homework and maintaining a calm, creative routine. I truly believe in fostering a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe, seen and supported, through patience, empathy and love.
