Hello! My name is Emilly, and I’m a dedicated psychology student with a passion for caring for children. My journey into childcare began through various university projects and other community initiatives, where I developed hands-on experience with children of different ages and backgrounds. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of child development and the importance of creating a nurturing, structured, and safe environment. I’m fluent in Portuguese and currently studying English in Dublin, so I can offer the added benefit of bilingual support for children learning either language. Whether it’s helping with homework in both languages or having fun conversations to build their vocabulary, I’m more than happy to support language development in an enjoyable way. In addition to my love for learning, I also have a strong interest in cooking. I’m always happy to prepare healthy snacks or even teach simple recipes to kids, helping them build positive associations with food.
