Hello ... My name is Oliver. I have a great deal of experience working with the elderly. My start and interest in becoming a carer all began with my mother. She was bedridden for several years. She had Parkinson. I took care of my mum in her own home. Then I went on to study HealthCare full time for one year. I qualified in 2013 and have been working in this profession for the last twelve year plus four years with my mum in her own home. I worked in Cobh Community Hospital for five years and I also worked in the day care in Cobh. My last position was taking care of a couple in their own home. She was 94 years old and her husband was 99 years old. I also like to cook and prepared meals for them. I also took care of Personal Hygiene . I have a great deal of experience. Caring is my calling. I worked in Cobh community Hospital for 5 years. I also worked in the day care centre in Cobh. My last job was taking care of a 94 year old lady and a 99 year old man. I worked with this family for five years. I worked and studied Youth and Community Development. I worked with disadvantage teenagers for five years. I use to mentor young teenagers. I also studied as a chef so I taught the teenagers how to cook and bake. I love to cook
so preparing meals is not a problem for me. I also taught English out foreign for many years. I lived out foreign for years.
