I am a compassionate and dedicated individual with hands-on experience in elderly care, driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives. My journey in this field began at Santhwanam Elderly Home in Kerala, India, where I worked as a Care Assistant from November 2022 to January 2024. During this time, I provided personal care, companionship, dementia support, and end-of-life care to residents, building strong bonds through patience, empathy, and trust. Prior to that, I worked at Malabar Heritage as a Housekeeper, where I supported elderly guests with basic care and created a clean, comfortable environment an experience that deepened my understanding of their unique needs. These roles helped me develop not only practical caregiving skills but also a strong sense of responsibility and respect for the dignity of every individual. Now residing in Ireland and pursuing my Master’s in Big Data Management and Analytics, I bring strong communication, time management, and IT skills to complement my caregiving background.
