Hello! My name is Cristina, and I’m a Spanish mom moving to Ireland this summer with the goal of improving my English, which is essential for my career. I’m looking for a babysitting position from July until mid or late September. A little about me: I’m 50 years old and a proud mother of two teenagers (18 and 17). Now that they’re grown up, I’ve decided it’s the perfect time to focus on something I’ve always wanted to do, becoming more fluent in English. I already speak French fluently after living in Luxembourg for six years, and I also spent three years in Turkey, so I’m used to adapting to new cultures and environments. As for the job: I’m reliable, calm, and caring with children. I have many years of hands-on experience, not only with my own children but also looking after others. I’m a non-smoker, happy to help with light housework, and I can prepare simple, healthy meals for the children. I enjoy creative play, storytelling, and outdoor activities, and I’m always attentive to each child’s needs and routines. I’ll be based in Glanmire, so ideally looking for a family in the area.
