Hi, my name is Jessica, and I’ve recently returned to Ireland after several years working in the special needs sector in Australia. I bring extensive hands-on experience supporting individuals with a range of additional needs, with a strong focus on person-centred planning, life skills development, and long-term empowerment strategies. Most recently, I worked in a role where I trained individuals to prepare for and integrate into the workforce. This included developing tailored support plans, building confidence for job interviews, and equipping clients with the practical tools and confidence needed to navigate daily challenges and achieve their personal goals. I hold a Master’s degree in Education, specialising in Children and Youth Studies, which has further deepened my understanding of inclusive education, developmental needs, and effective intervention strategies. I’m passionate about fostering independence and creating supportive, inclusive environments where individuals can reach their full potential.
