I've always loved to look after young children, often volunteering to help out friends and family. I am caring, kind, reliable and energetic. I completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education from the University of Auckland in 2022. During this time I completed 17 weeks of full-time practical work at daycare centres with children from the age of 6 months to 4 years old. Beyond being a natural nurturer, I understand that positive interactions for children in the early years can have a major impact on their thinking, language, plus emotional and social skills. Encouraging the development of young children, and being able to build relationships with the children and families is very rewarding for me.
