For a period of time, I helped take care of my grandmother, assisting her with everyday tasks such as preparing meals, organizing the house, helping her get dressed, and accompanying her in simple daily activities. This experience taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and respect for older people. Later, I worked at a medical clinic, where I interacted with elderly patients on a daily basis. I often helped them with small but important tasks like calling a taxi, explaining information calmly, or simply keeping them company while they waited.
