Hi! I'm Danielle, a 29-year-old Kiwi with experience in childcare, administration, customer service, and leadership. I've recently moved from New Zealand’s windy capital to Dublin alongside my partner of 5 years to experience new cultures, explore new cities, and make everlasting memories to one day, share with our own children. I spent much of my childhood tagging along with my mum—who worked in childcare for over 15 years—which gave me early exposure to the joys and responsibilities of caring for children. I'm also a proud aunty to two wonderful kids, aged 4 and 12, and love being an active part of their lives. Though I can be reserved in large groups, I open up quickly and connect easily one-on-one. When caring for children, I enjoy engaging directly with them—playing, chatting, and watching movies (I proudly consider myself a Disney connoisseur!). I was born and raised in Wellington, New Zealand by my solo mum, who transitioned from childcare to finance when I was a teenager. My family has always inspired my curiosity—my mum and nan have lived in various corners of the world throughout their years, and have a combined 30+ years of experience in childcare and education. I'm the middle child (so I'm great at sharing!) between an older sister and a younger brother. My decision to become a nanny is driven by a desire to explore Europe, experience new cultures, and grow through meaningful connections. I'm excited at the thought of becoming part of a family, contributing positively to your children's lives, and creating lasting memories together.
