I am a dedicated professional with experience in customer service, hospitality, and educational and recreational activities. I have a genuine passion for promoting children’s healthy development and well-being, always respecting their routines and individual needs while providing responsible, safe, and nurturing care. Throughout my career, I have worked in multicultural environments, organising playful, educational, and social activities that inspire creativity, independence, and learning. In Brazil, I also gained professional experience in children’s recreation, designing and leading games, arts and crafts, and educational activities that encouraged group participation, creativity, and confidence. My commitment to inclusive care is deeply personal. In Brazil, my uncle with Down syndrome lived with my family, which gave me valuable lifelong experience in empathy, patience, and adapting care to individual needs. In addition, when my cousin’s baby was born, I spent two months living away from my city to support my relatives with newborn care, including feeding, bathing, soothing, and helping with sleep routines. These personal experiences strengthened my ability to provide loving, attentive, and inclusive care to children of all ages and needs. I hold two undergraduate degrees and two MBAs, currently in the thesis phase, and I will begin a Higher Diploma with Honours next semester. I have also completed First Aid training in preparation for my volunteer work at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, as well as the mandatory hospitality certification for customer service in breakfast, bar, and lunch service at the hotel where I currently work, both of which reinforce my ability to act responsibly and calmly in different situations.
