Hello families, my name is Wesley. Since 2010 I have been part of a volunteer programme called Pathfinders, where I have worked closely with children and teenagers between 6 and 15 years old. What started as a personal growth journey soon became my passion: guiding, supporting and caring for young people in their different stages of life. Over the years, I have taken on leadership roles, learning to balance patience, responsibility and empathy. I truly believe that every child has a unique story and deserves to be understood and respected. Because of this, I trained to work with children who may face challenges such as ADHD, autism and other special needs, always adapting activities to make them feel safe and included. In addition to this experience, I also worked as a technology teacher at a health institute in Brazil, teaching teenagers between 14 and 18 years old, many of whom came from underprivileged communities. My goal was not only to teach, but also to inspire — helping them to see new opportunities and believe in their future. Families often describe me as patient, responsible and caring. I am committed to creating a positive, safe and supportive environment for every child I look after.
