Hello, my name is Sarah and I’m a mother of two boys (ages 8 and 15). I am a returning Irish citizen, recently settled back in Ballina after spending over 20 years in the United States. While living there, I worked as an assistant preschool teacher and also ran the after-school daycare program at the same centre. I hold a BA in Psychology and I am currently completing my SNA certification. I have many years of hands-on childcare experience both professionally and as a parent. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and creating a safe and caring environment where children feel comfortable and supported. I am working on getting my Irish driver’s license, so I’m not able to do school runs just yet. However, I can provide childminding in my own home in Ballina or in your home if you are close by in Ballina town. I am available 2–3 days a week.
