Hello, my name is Cecilia. I'm a 32-year-old from Mexico living in Maynooth, Ireland, where I'm studying for my master's degree in Climate Change at Maynooth University. My passion for animals is immense, and my experience goes far beyond just being a pet owner. In Mexico, I was dedicated to rescuing street dogs, giving them temporary shelter, and finding them forever homes. This work taught me how to handle first aid and basic care, and how to deal with the unique needs of different animals. It's a commitment that has truly shaped who I am. My own two dogs, Danka and Rufo Rafael, are both rescues who have completely changed my world. Rufo Rafael, in particular, taught me the importance of patience and love. After he suffered abuse, he was reactive and needed special care. I took him to a professional trainer, and he's now a well-behaved dog who's taught me how to handle and train other pets with care and confidence. I've cared for many pets over the years, from my own rescues to the dogs of friends and family. I've always been surrounded by them, whether at my place or theirs. For me, animals are part of a whole, and they deserve all the love, respect, and care in the world. I promise to treat your furry friend just like my own. My Services *Dog Walking: I can provide walks of any length, tailored to your dog's specific needs. *Drop-in Visits: I'll stop by your home to feed, play with, and give your pet some company. *Pet Sitting: I can stay at your home during the day or overnight to ensure your pet is happy and cared for while you're away. *Specialized Care: I have hands-on experience with first aid, and can care for pets that need medication, have special needs, or require a gentle touch, like puppies, senior pets, or animals with a history of trauma.
