Hello, my name is (Restricted Term). I’m 29 years old, I’m Brazilian and I’m in Ireland studying. I’ve worked with children practically my whole life. I was an Au Pair in the United States for two years, where I took care of two-year-old twins. In Brazil, since my teenage years, I’ve helped my mother — who is also a nanny — to look after children, and more recently I worked for two years in a clinic specialized in children with special needs. I also have two courses in this area. I have a First Aid certification from Brazil, but I plan to take it again here so that it’s valid throughout Ireland. In all my childcare roles, my main duties have always included bathing, feeding, putting the children to bed, washing their clothes, helping with homework, and supporting them in their daily routines.
