Hi there, my name is Hannah and I am a 29 year old qualified Social Care worker who recently moved to Galway from Dublin. Over the years I have experience as a social care worker supporting people with disabilities. I also have experience as a childcare worker/support worker caring for babies, toddlers and after schoolers. While travelling Australia I also worked as a support worker for a lady with a physical disability who had 2 young children aged 2 and new born. I absolutely loved this job and found my passion for childcare in caring and helping families. This included support with getting her children ready for the day, meal preparation, bottle feeding, changes, school pick up/drop offs, play, light housework.
