Reliability Issues
I had a disappointing experience. The person initially confirmed her availability and commitment, but later did not follow through with what had been agreed. On the day of our scheduled appointment, she called me at 7:30 a.m., about an hour and a half before the agreed time, to say that she could not come because her daughter had a high fever and was unwell. While I understand that emergencies can happen, the short notice made the situation very difficult for me. Additionally, when I proposed a regular contract for the position, she expressed that she was not willing to work under a formal agreement, and from that point, several issues arose. I believe it is important to clarify availability and working conditions from the beginning to avoid misunderstandings.
