My name is Elisha Smith. I am a fully qualified primary school teacher who studied in Dublin City University. I am currently in my first year of teaching in a school in Finglas, where I teach 3rd class. I have a natural ability to connect with children, which comes from growing up as one of the eldest in my extended family and often taking on a caring and supportive role. I am particularly passionate about supporting children with additional needs, drawing on both my teaching experience in specialised settings and my personal experience of growing up with close family members with additional needs.
