I started in care by supporting my grandmother full-time during COVID when she became fully dependent due to severe arthritis. I have hands-on experience with personal care, mobility support (including hoists, specialist beds, and wheelchairs), stoma care, medication support, glucose monitoring, and blood pressure checks using a sphygmomanometer.
