I am a kind, friendly and responsible Speech & Language Therapy Assistant (SLTA) student, due to qualify at the end of May, with a strong interest in supporting children’s communication and development. I have completed 60 hours of placement in Stewarts Care, mainly supporting adults and young people with additional needs, which has helped me develop patience, empathy and strong communication skills. I also have experience caring for younger children, including infants, and I enjoy creating a calm, safe and engaging environment. I am Garda vetted, trained in first aid and manual handling, and I understand how important it is for parents to feel their child is safe, supported and well cared for. I also speak Lithuanian and Russian, which can be helpful for multilingual families. I am available for evening, weekend and summer babysitting and happy to be flexible to suit your family’s needs.
