Hi, I’m Lucy. Im a 16 year old girl. I’m the eldest of four children. My mum has over 25 years of experience working in childcare, and I also spent years helping my nan in the nursery that she and my grandad owned in England for 35 years. And have also minded several children from different ages. Being surrounded by children from such a young age has given me natural confidence, patience, and a strong understanding of how to care for and engage with children of different ages. From my own experience of having babysitters, my biggest pet peeve was when they would sit on their phones rather than interact, so I always make a conscious effort to be fully present and actively involved. I genuinely enjoy keeping children entertained and engaged, and I’ve completed several face painting and hair braiding/tinsel courses, bringing my kit with me to create a fun, creative experience. I also have a sibling with severe allergies, so I’m very aware of allergy management,
