I used to work in one nursing home as a care assistant for 25years, looking after elderly people with diffirent needs, I enjoy ed talking to them and listening to their stories. being able to care for them is such a rewarding task no matter how challenging it could be. I see them as my own loved ones and always try to understand their frustration and help them as much as I could to meet their needs. always respect their rights and encourage them to be independent for as little as making their own choice. I just have to stop working fulltime because we moved house and it was too far for me to travel to that nursing home in Dublin anymore. and I became busy with few things in life. Now I miss the interaction with them and I miss what I was doing before so I decided Im going to look for the same job again that is making me feel purposeful and make a big impact to other people's live especially the elderly one.
