My name is Tina Cullen. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Sports Management, as well as a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). I have worked in Early Years Education for the past six years in the UAE, teaching infant-aged children. Most recently, I held the position of Head of Department in a nursery setting, where I managed a team across 10 classes while continuing to support children’s learning and development. I am a friendly, outgoing, and active person who is passionate about working with children. I strongly believe that children learn best through play, exploration, and positive relationships. Throughout my career, I have created engaging, nurturing environments where children feel safe, happy, and confident to learn. I also recognise that every child is unique, and I enjoy adapting activities and routines to meet their individual needs and interests.
