Hi, my name is Iris. Ever since I was young, I have been passionate about working with children because I truly believe that the early years of life are fundamental to a child's emotional, social, and personal development. The experiences, care, and support they receive during this stage can have a lasting impact on their future. Motivated by this passion, I earned a degree in Psychology and later completed a Master's degree in Educational Psychology. Throughout my academic and professional journey, my goal has always been to help children develop the emotional and social skills they need to grow into confident, happy, and resilient individuals. I have over 10 years of experience working with children, including the last 3 years in Ireland. During this time, I have cared for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers, which has allowed me to understand and adapt to the unique needs of each stage of development. My experience has taught me the importance of patience, empathy, consistency, and creating meaningful connections with every child. I am a patient, caring, and creative person who enjoys planning fun and engaging activities that encourage learning, curiosity, and independence.
