Hi! I’m Bruna. I recently moved to Dublin after spending the last 11 years working as a nanny in the United States, mainly in San Francisco. I actually started as an au pair, and I ended up falling in love with childcare. What began as a temporary experience became my career, and it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I’ve cared for babies, toddlers, and young children, including nanny share positions, and I’ve been lucky to build long-term relationships with the families I worked with. I’m a very calm, patient, punctual, and reliable person. I always show up on time, hardly take days off beyond holidays and vacation, always give plenty of notice when needed, communicate openly, and try to make children feel safe, loved, and engaged. I take my work very seriously because this is mu career, just not a job. I love reading, playing, going for walks, and being present with them, not just supervising them. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, I Child Development certified, I have a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and EU citizenship. I’ve done sleep training, potty training, food introduction and dealt with food allergies. The families I’ve worked with often describe me as trustworthy, dependable, and someone who brings a calm energy to the home. I know how important it is for parents to feel completely comfortable leaving their children with someone, and I take that responsibility very seriously.
