I recently completed the Leaving Certificate in Ireland after spending an academic year with an Irish host family, an experience that strengthened both my English skills and my passion for working with children. I am an Italian native speaker and I speak English, French, and Spanish at C1 level. I attended a Linguistic High School in Italy before studying in Monaghan, where I completed the curriculum of both fifth and sixth year of the Irish senior cycle within one academic year. Children have always been an important part of my life. My younger brother is ten years younger than me, and I have helped care for him since he was born. During my stay in Ireland, I also built a wonderful relationship with my six-year-old host sister, spending time playing, reading, and taking part in everyday family life. I have also volunteered as an activity leader at events organised by my local parish and Scout group, working with primary and middle school children. I am a caring, responsible, and reliable person who enjoys creating a safe, positive, and stimulating environment where children can learn, have fun, and feel supported. Thanks to my language background, I would also be happy to introduce children to Italian, French, Spanish, or simply encourage their curiosity about different cultures through everyday activities. In the future, I hope to study Education and Modern Languages in Ireland, so working with children is not only something I enjoy but also an important step towards my long-term career. I would love to become a trusted and positive part of a family's daily life while contributing with enthusiasm, kindness, and commitment.
