Hello families! I am an experienced, caring and reliable Childminder based in Dublin, with 8 years of long-term experience caring for three boys, who were 3, 4 and 7 years old when I started working with their family. Over the past 8 years, I have supported the children through different stages of their childhood, helping with their daily routines, school runs, homework, activities and outings, preparing healthy meals and snacks, and encouraging their development and independence. I have also helped with pet care and light household duties related to the children. I have previous experience working with a family with twin children, and I also have experience caring for babies. I genuinely enjoy being around children and believe that childcare is much more than just a job. I really enjoy creating a safe, caring and positive environment where children feel happy, comfortable and supported. I am patient, responsible, punctual, organised and very committed to the families I work with. I have built a wonderful long-term relationship with my current family, and I can provide a reference from them upon request. I also have a background in Fine Arts and previously worked as an art teacher in Brazil, which I believe is a lovely way to bring creativity and fun into children's activities. I have a full clean driving licence and I am looking for a full-time Childminder/Nanny position in Dublin. I am flexible with working hours and happy to adapt to the family's routine and needs. I have previously completed Garda Vetting and am happy to renew it if required. I do not currently have First Aid certification, but I am willing to complete the appropriate course.
