Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m an experienced healthcare professional based in Wexford with over 18 years’ experience across hospital, community and homecare settings. I spent over 10 years working as a Healthcare Assistant in an acute hospital and more recently worked in homecare management, where my role included assessing clients in their homes, developing care plans, supporting families and care staff, and liaising with healthcare professionals. I have completed three years of a General Nursing degree and I’m currently completing an MSc in Healthcare Management with RCSI. I am also a qualified Manual and People Handling Instructor and have extensive experience supporting people with a wide range of care and mobility needs. I’m now available for private homecare and companionship in Wexford and surrounding areas. I can provide personal care, mobility assistance, respite for family carers, companionship, support with daily living and appointments, depending on the individual’s needs.
