Hi, I'm Molly ? I'm a mam of two boys based in Dundalk, offering after-school childminding with pick-ups from Bay Estate school (2.30 finish) and Pugwash Bay preschool. My youngest goes to Pugwash Bay himself, so I'm already there every day and know the routine well. I've spent the last few years working in schools as a Special Needs Assistant, most recently in an ASD class, so I'm very comfortable supporting children of all ages and needs. Alongside that, I'm currently studying for a Professional Diploma in Inclusive and Special Education at Dublin City University, which has given me a deeper understanding of how children learn, communicate and regulate, and how to make every child feel included and at ease. Afternoons with me are relaxed and child-led: a healthy snack, homework support, lots of outdoor play when the weather allows.
