I'm Brazilian and I love children. I was a nanny from the age of 14 and I've looked after lots of babies in Brazil and I worked as an assistant in a primary school with children from 1 to 5 years old. I arrived in Ireland in June last year. I've had the opportunity to look after seven children since I arrived. I looked after a 9-month-old baby until he was 15 months old, who is now attending nursery school. I regularly look after little Frankie, who has just turned two (every Tuesday and Wednesday). I help a mum a few times a week in the evenings with three girls (4 months, 20 months and 4 years). I've babysat two girls (aged six months and two years) a few times to help them adjust (I do babysitting sometimes because the mother is on maternity leave). I'm available every Monday, Thursday and Friday and would love the opportunity to look after another child on those days.
